Edward Sansom is a dynamic up and coming artist from Brighton. He fuses catchy melodies with a dark melodic experience ~ an intoxicating cocktail of Bowie, Gaz Coombes and Everything Everything. Edward says: “I aim to create a melancholic euphoria within my songs – to cut through the sweetness of pop with a razor sharp blade. Inventing a blissful yet cold ‘New Dark Pop’ genre".

Sansom is a “charismatic force on stage” and has performed on official stages at Glastonbury (2017), Great Escape (2016) and has sold out headline shows at the 'Hope and Ruin' in his hometown.

He won a bursary from the ‘Real Unsigned Project’ (Arts Council England) to record his tracks in 2016. Sansom then gained support from the local BBC Introducing team, having his tracks chosen as Track of the Day on BBC Sussex & BBC Surrey.

Sansom is releasing his new exciting sounds throughout 2018 and is one to watch. His new songs will stay circling in your head long after you have finished with them, but they won't be finished with you...

“Sansom has created darkness in a completely different way…” (BMO, 2018)

”The tension escalating throughout, formulates for the energetic charge in the chorus. The infusion of catchy lyrics, intensive riffs and a punchy beat will make this track circulate your head for weeks…” (Hot Wax, 2017)
